Overview
Ensures indirect tax compliance for NA, manages filings, audits, and reporting.

Tasks
-Partner with internal teams and external consultants to handle state audits, annual reports, registrations, and franchise taxes. -Manage preparation and submission of sales and use tax, gross receipts tax, and property tax reports, ensuring accuracy and timely compliance. -Identify opportunities to improve processes, embrace new tools, and share knowledge across the team. -Contribute to state apportionment workpapers and unclaimed property reporting, adding value through attention to detail and problem-solving. -Maintain precise monthly accruals and account reconciliations to support financial integrity.

What You Bring
-2-5 years sales tax experience. -A degree in accounting or finance. -Ability to collaborate as part of a team. -Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook etc) required; experience with Thompson Reuters, One Source, HFM, SOVOS, and SAP preferred, but not required. -Resourcefulness and adaptability; self-motivated with ability to work in a fast-paced environment. -Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
