We are seeking a Design Manager specializing in Structural Design for a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. The Design Engineer/Asst. Manager/Manager will oversee the planning and execution of structural design projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Responsibilities include developing design strategies, coordinating with project teams, reviewing and approving design plans, and managing design-related documentation. Structural design with proven experience in high-rise buildings, railway, or metro projects. The role also involves regular site visits to ensure the practical implementation of designs and troubleshooting any design-related issues that arise during construction.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- ✅ AutoCAD
- Strong understanding of Construction Materials and Methods
- Experience in Project Management and Coordination
- Ability to conduct detailed site inspections and manage on-site issues
- Experience with infrastructure projects is a plus
- ✅ Strong knowledge of structural systems and detailing
- Strong communication and team leadership skills
- Minimum 10 to 15 years in structural design with proven experience in High Rise Buildings, railway, or metro projects.
- Proficiency in Structural Design, Analysis, and Design Software
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering
