Tasks

As a Sales Executive at HomeLane, you will be responsible for converting qualified leads into customers by understanding their home interior requirements, showcasing suitable design solutions, and ensuring a smooth and satisfying sales journey. -Maintain accurate records of client interactions and updates in CRM. -Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets. -Follow up diligently on leads to maximize conversions. -Ensure brand consistency and uphold HomeLane’s customer-first approach. -Engage with prospective customers visiting the Experience Centre or enquiring online. -Work with India’s leading tech-enabled interiors brand. -Coordinate with the design and operations teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

What You Bring

-Understand customer requirements, preferences, and budget to offer customized interior solutions. -1–4 years of experience in B2C sales, preferably in interiors, real estate, or retail. -Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. -Strong communication and negotiation skills. -Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
