Tasks

-Systematically analyze channel marketing KPIs to support continuous improvement of channel marketing activities -Be the main contact for the local channel partners regarding Eaton related marketing topics -Provide channel partners with customizable demand generation content and sales tools to help generate demand for Eaton products -Develop and deploy sales enablement and training programs for partners in cooperation with local field product managers and the sales team -Increase visibility of Eaton at main channel partners (POS materials, partners' web-sites, partners' email campaigns, partners' events, etc) -Develop annual marketing business plans & quarterly marketing plans with key channel partners using partners´ MDF funds -Develop and deploy local incentives targeting local channel partners -Utilize EMEA partner programs and deploy them across the Middle East in order to recruit, enable and retain partners and build a strong channel network in the Middle East -Be the main support for Eaton xRewards Loyalty Program

What You Bring

-Must be a self-starter with energy and enthusiasm towards in a matrix team environment -Presentation skills: the ability to be persuasive in front of customers, partners, industry influencers, competitors, policymakers -Fluent in English -Bachelor´s degree in Electrical Engineering -Structured employee development processes, open feedback culture with development plans -Experience in working with cross functional teams in a dynamic environment -Detailed induction support and well-structured onboarding -Must be a team player, eager to cooperate and develop marketing further in cooperation with the colleagues from the same sales zone and other sales zones -Strong processes and state-of-the-art systems and tools -Understanding business basics including revenue projections, business metrics and financial planning, as well as pricing. -Good understanding of electrical products and technologies -Experience of working within a matrix organization -3+ years experience of related experience -Marketing skills: knowledge and experience in demand generation, channel program management, loyalty programs
