Sell HVAC services, manage client accounts, and drive revenue through relationship building.

Tasks

-Work with General Manager to resolve customer issues -Emphasize service features based on analyses of customers’ needs and on technical knowledge of service capabilities and limitations -Maintain customer records -Timely manage assigned sales budgets -Develops and delivers sales presentations and closes sales -Participate in sales forecasting and planning meetings -Contact new and existing customers to discuss their needs, and how those needs could be met -Prepare service contracts for orders obtained, quote prices, credit terms, or other bid specifications using Salesforce and submit for processing -Partner with business development group to identify prospective customers -Negotiate prices or terms of service agreements -Develops and maintains communications in a cooperative and professional manner with all levels of staff and customers using established guidelines -Answers customers’ questions about services, prices, availability, or terms -Visit establishments to evaluate needs or to promote service sales -Collaborate with colleges to exchange information, such as selling strategies or marketing information.
