Supervise the handover of office spaces or retail areas to clients, ensuring all statutory approvals are obtained.
Manage Electrical, water, HVAC, and BTU meter connections before and after client occupancy.
Provide regular updates to senior management on DSR reports, fit-out trackers, and HOTO trackers.
Assist in procurement, invoice processing, petty cash management, and vendor liaising.
Collaborate with statutory authorities for compliance and maintain cordial relationships with condominium/society.
Advise tenant contractors on minor execution issues and ensure adherence to safety regulations.
Oversee parking management.
Maintain documentation related to contracts, construction drawings, work orders, and payments.
Manage and maintain cafeteria, creche, and other amenities.
Track insurance coverage for equipment, buildings, and fit-outs.
Maintain records of as-built drawings and coordinate security arrangements for fit-out execution.
Address lessee/licensee grievances promptly and efficiently.
Oversee the transition process from Projects to Facilities Management, ensuring thorough snagging/desnagging processes are completed before handover to clients.
Supervise fit-out activities, identify any deviations, and report to senior management for corrective action.
Liaise with tenants to fulfill their day-to-day requirements and ensure compliance with design specifications.
Supervise FM agency works and ensure budget compliance.
