The Role

Overview

Provide admin support to project team, manage documentation, meetings, finances, and resources.

Tasks

-Ensure correct equipment is available, inspected/tested and signed out correctly -Ensure all returns are actioned promptly keeping track and liaising with accounts to ensure credits are raise -Check status of external providers to ensure they meet with company procedures/processes -Collate and provide necessary financial information for Finance team. -Communicate and inform Project Managers and Directors of any changes to processes or procedures to ensure adherence to standards and best practice -Ensure all paperwork is filed electronically within the job file -Work closely with Project Managers and Directors to ensure timely delivery of all strategic projectsand regularly monitor progress to ensure they are delivered on time and within budget -Raise purchase orders for subcontractors and supplier including hired in equipment -Support project managers with site set up -Compile and issuing of O&M Manuals -Manage the project tracker daily to ensure it remains current and Valuation dates are met by PM's -Monitor project mailbox and action as required -Maintain CVR's -Collate and manage project stock ensuring re-using where possible rather than buying new -Obtaining customer feedback -Check labour/resource allocations have the right competencies to carry out required tasks -Continually search for new ways to improve project administration processes and procedures -Checking invoices received and raising queries as necessary -Schedule, drive, attend and minute project meetings ensuring all actions are assigned, followed up and closed out

-Ability to prioritise workload and take initiative -Excellent organisational skills -Experience of using Cypher and Eque2 would be beneficial -Willing to undergo training and development as and when required relating to the role -Excellent problem-solving skills -Construction / Engineering background essential -Proactive and driven -Proficient in Word, Excel and Powerpoint
