Overview
Lead CDM health & safety consultancy, advising clients on compliance, site inspections, and building safety.

Tasks
You will also be supporting the Operations Director with developing/enhancing the technical skills of consultants in the team by sharing your experiences and technical knowledge. There is also an opportunity to widen your building compliance skills by working closely with our Building Safety duty holder support team who provide advisory services to duty holders under the Building Safety Act. -Undertaking site inspections and preparing reports with proposed corrective actions. -Managing a range of projects, advising the Client on compliance with the CDM2015 Regulations and other associated legislation. -Supporting clients in advising on the suitability of their H&S management arrangements. -Support thorough professional accreditation process with bonuses and salary review on achievement -Have the ability to engage with key stakeholders to gain commitment and to influence the acceptance of new ideas and concepts in respect of change plans.

What You Bring
We are currently looking for a talented and motivated Principal Health & Safety CDM Consultant to join our External Health & Safety Team -Have good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt your style to suit difference audiences. -Hold (or demonstrate that you are working towards) chartered membership of a relevant professional institution. -Hold a higher education qualification in design, engineering, surveying or a construction related discipline. -Demonstrable CDM project experience including the preparation of related document reporting. -The best method for contacting you (Phone or email) -Be able to manage your own time and project budgets (delivering to agreed project scope, time, cost and quality).
