What You Bring

-10+ years’ experience in cost, commercial, or quantity surveying on complex industrial or construction projects (data centre experience a major plus). -Degree in Construction Management, Cost Engineering, or Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering. -Strong knowledge of tools like CostX, RSMeans, Primavera, and Excel; ERP/SAP exposure an advantage. -Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills. -Professional certifications (AACE, CCP, or equivalent) are highly valued.
