Tasks

-Conduct warranty work, adjustments, and repairs -Perform system inspections, testing, and maintenance -Adhere to safety standards and customer expectations -Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a wide range of commercial and industrial HVAC systems -Install and replace HVAC and refrigeration equipment -Maintain detailed service records and complete work efficiently

What You Bring

-Iowa HVAC License (or the ability to obtain within the probation period) -Ability to pass a drug screening -2+ years of commercial or industrial HVAC service experience -Relocation assistance or local commute to Davenport, IA -Familiarity with chillers, cooling towers, boilers, pumps, burners, RTUs, VRF, and VAV systems -EPA Universal Certification -High school diploma or equivalent -OSHA 10 certification or higher -Valid driver’s license and clean driving record -OEM certifications (Trane, Carrier, Daikin, etc.) -Experience with educational, commercial, or industrial facilities
