The Role

Tasks

-Attend construction meetings and training classes as scheduled -Ensure job site cleanliness and assist in the completion of model/inventory maintenance -Engage in daily interaction with various division personnel, subcontractors, business partners, and homeowners. -Assist in areas of service-related issues -Provide trade partner feedback to Construction Manager concerning the trade partner’s timeliness and attention to detail, with significant bearing on trade partner relationships -Assist in preparing and maintaining job schedules -Inspect and enforce job safety requirements -Complete 'punch lists' and assist in the completion of new home orientation lists

What You Bring

-Ability to work with various technologies and develop skills for new tools, platforms, and digital workflows -Willingness to relocate with support at the end of the program as needed (preferred) -Familiarity with construction management software packages -Verbal and written communication skills -Interpersonal and customer service skills -Ability to read, understand, and evaluate civil engineering / development plans -Organizational skills and attention to detail -Knowledge of construction management processes, means, and methods -Time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines -Must be authorized to work in the United States without needing employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future. Lennar will not sponsor applicants for U.S. work visa status for this opportunity (No Sponsorship is available for H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, E-3, H-1B1, F-1, J1, OPT, CPT, or any other employment-based visa) -This position may be eligible for commissions. -Competent in conflict and crisis management -Ability to work with various technologies and develop skills for new tools, platforms, and digital workflows -Current senior graduating from a 4-year college or University by June (preferred) -Working towards a bachelor's degree in construction, civil engineering, architecture or similar degree  (preferred) -Analytical and problem-solving skills -Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software -Knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and standards -Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and valid auto insurance coverage
