Tasks

The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in driving export growth, forging new partnerships, and shaping the company’s international strategy. -Provide regular sales forecasts, performance analysis, and strategic reports to senior management. -Develop and execute global business development strategies to expand market share and revenue across key international regions. -Represent the company at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and business missions. -Build and strengthen relationships with architects, distributors, dealers, importers, and project consultants. -Identify and penetrate new markets, channels, and product categories aligned with Stone Age’s strengths. -Lead contract negotiations, pricing, and business proposals with international partners. -Collaborate with production, quality, logistics, and design teams to ensure timely and compliant project execution. -Monitor global trends in natural stone and architecture.

What You Bring

We are seeking an accomplished and strategic International Business Development Manager to lead and expand Stone Age’s presence across international markets. This is a senior leadership position requiring proven global sales expertise, industry insight, and strong relationship-building capabilities with architects, distributors, and project clients. -Proficiency in English; additional foreign language skills will be an advantage. -Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and represent the brand globally. -Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. -Willingness to travel internationally as business requires. -Proven track record of achieving export growth and managing high-value global accounts. -10–15 years of experience in international sales.
