Tasks

Create custom functions, modules, and API integrations to enhance Zoho functionality. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Zoho applications and customizations. Develop, configure, and customize Zoho applications (e.g., Zoho CRM) according to business needs. Manage API requests and maintain smooth communication between systems. Monitor and maintain data integrity, system performance, backups, and security settings. Create and maintain technical documentation or training manual for developed solutions and system configurations. Ensure data integrity by setting up data validation rules and workflows. Write and implement Deluge scripts to automate workflows and business processes. Create and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business decision-making. Train end-users on Zoho applications and custom solutions. Integrate Zoho applications with third-party software and internal systems.
