Tasks

-Maintains compliance meeting federal, state, and municipal agencies; legal, financial, reporting, and tax requirements. -Responsible for monthly financial close activities, coordinating, assessing field and internal activities to state the financial position. -Maintain pricing excellence through analysis, maintaining CPQ and pricing tools, trending and margin assessments. -Responsible for maintaining, monitoring, and modifying as needed the integrity of company ERP systems, including but not limited to general ledger, SMS, CRM, and other integrated or stand-alone systems -Prepares monthly forecast and variance analysis to budget. -Responsible for maintaining bank relationships, deposit and reconciliation activities, ACH processes, and tools. -Leads Order to Cash Process of order and customer data administration, AP and AR management, credit, collections, cash application processes, and inventory controls.. -Maintains engagement with insurance providers: Workers Comp, Auto, General Liability, and Healthcare. -Maintains operational and KPI reporting as needed to improve results.

What You Bring
