-Lead project planning, execution, and reporting -Represent nCircle with a customer-first mindset -Coordinate team efforts, resolve conflicts, and mentor team members -Oversee SDLC phases: requirement gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance

What You Bring

-Experience on setting KPIs and goals for the team -Strong technical understanding and ability to manage scope -Background in Quality Assurance preferred -Fixed Price (FP) projects on time delivery experience -Must have SAFe Agile experience -Experience managing mid-sized teams and international clients -Experience with tracking Project metrics and creating necessary reports -3–6 years of experience in project management or related roles -Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills -Experience with Agile project execution -Understand client requirements and manage expectations -Excellent prioritization, forecasting, and organizational skills
