-preparing drawings for developer-driven schemes, including obtaining the relevant approvals through company procedures -ensuring sites are ready and all relevant notices have been applied for -completing required auditable documents for schemes. -liaising with construction teams, lead engineers, other departments and external third parties to agree programmes of work
