  • Design and architect scalable, secure, and robust CRM solutions, including complex integrations and customisations.
  • Supervise two-way data flow between the CRM and other integrated systems to maintain data integrity and currency.
  • Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for complex issues that require a deeper level of expertise.
  • Manage data imports and exports for analysis and system integration purposes.
  • Manage API integrations to connect the CRM with critical business systems, ensuring seamless data synchronisation.
  • Oversee the setup of user roles and permissions to protect sensitive customer data.
  • Monitor system logs and user activities through auditing and logging to ensure compliance and security.
  • Lead the technical strategy for the CRM platform, ensuring it supports and scales with overall business objectives.
  • Lead the advanced troubleshooting of technical issues and performance bottlenecks.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate their needs into technical CRM specifications, including data models, security requirements, and user experience enhancements.
  • Oversee the implementation and setup of CRM software, ensuring all environments (development, testing, production) are properly configured.
  • Oversee technical projects related to CRM implementation, upgrades, and integrations.
  • Lead the customisation of the CRM system to match business workflows through custom objects, fields, layouts, forms, reports, and dashboards.
  • Conduct regular system health checks to monitor performance and identify potential issues.
  • Evaluate and manage relationships with CRM vendors and third-party integration partners.
  • Direct the creation of complex workflow automations to streamline business processes.
  • Oversee patch management and version upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Develop and oversee a comprehensive data management strategy, including data assessment, cleansing, and migration from old systems.
  • Ensure all technical aspects of the CRM meet internal security policies and external regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in custom development within Dynamics 365, including knowledge of APIs, customization, and coding languages (e.g., C#, JavaScript).
  • Experience with a range of integrated third-party applications, including: Gong, Seismic, ZoomInfo, Marketo, LinkedIn, Everstage, Fluint, SirionLabs, Molequle, ImPartner, and DemandBase.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Dynamics 365) are a significant advantage.
  • Proven experience as a CRM Technical Lead, Architect, or Manager, with extensive knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365. Experience with Salesforce is a significant advantage.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to architect robust and scalable solutions.
  • Strong understanding of the CRM lifecycle and its technical processes, including system implementation, data management, and security.
