The Role
Overview
Lead and manage civil engineering projects from planning through construction in Atlanta.

Tasks
-Prepare and review engineering reports, calculations, and construction documents. -Conduct site visits, inspections, and progress meetings as needed. -Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and engineering standards. -Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure project goals are met. -Manage and oversee civil engineering projects, from planning to design and construction. -Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, and deliverables. -Support business development efforts by assisting with proposals, client presentations, and relationship-building. -Supervise and mentor junior engineers and technical staff. -Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

What You Bring
-5+ years of experience in civil engineering, with at least 2 years in a project management role. -Familiarity with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other engineering software. -Experience in transportation, roadway design, site development, or infrastructure projects is preferred -Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Master’s degree preferred. -PMP certification is a plus -PE license required or ability to obtain within six months. -Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
