Develop distributed API-driven systems using C#, .NET, React, and AWS for real‑estate data platforms.

Tasks

-Continually evaluate emerging technologies to identify opportunities, trends, and best practices that can be leveraged to strength CoStar’s technology platform and develop practices. -Produce bullet-proof code that is robust, efficient and maintainable; our primary tools are React JS ,C#, .NET Framework, AWS (Dynamo/S3/Lambda), SQL Server -Drive and lead software design, development standards, code reviews. -Build big, distributed, API-driven systems for tens of thousands of users

What You Bring

-Data modeling experience -Experience in architecting, designing and building large scale distributed, services-oriented systems and web applications in an agile environment -Data modeling experience from conceptual, logical and physical designs -Strong communication skills (to both business and technical partners) -Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) -3+ years of experience in MS SQL Server OR Database Design in T-SQL programming/performance tuning -Experience with RESTful web services -Advanced SQL Querying -A track record of commitment to prior employers -4+ years of experience in C#, .NET Framework & Web API 2.0 Development -4+ years of experience in React JS, JavaScript -Bachelor’s degree required from an accredited, not-for-profit University or College
