Tasks

-Present New Product Introductions (NPIs) for machines within the specialist group. -Conduct training sessions as required to technicians on paving product. -Provide backup coverage for Technical Communicators in other regions. -Maintain communication with Shop and Field Management. -Serve as the Technical Communicator for paving products in ME, NH, VT. -Help technicians diagnose equipment issues. -Maintain ongoing communication with technicians regarding product issues and updates. -Support growth in parts and service for paving products. -Assist existing Product Support Consultants with paving product opportunities. -Act as a liaison between Milton CAT and Caterpillar (CAT) to facilitate the flow of technical information. -Assist service departments in ME, NH, and VT with timely and accurate repairs on CAT and Weiler paving equipment.

What You Bring

-High level of Product Knowledge and Familiarity with the CAT product line. -Prefer high level of experience with paving industry in general. -Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude. Proficiency with CAT tools such as SIS (Service Information System) and ET (Electronic Technician). -Ability to communicate effectively across various personnel levels. -Minimum of 5 years working with Earthmoving equipment in roles such as mechanic, Technical Communicator, or Trainer. -Must hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. -Strong oral and written communication skills, along with excellent -interpersonal skills. -High level of Organizational Skills: Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
