- Responsible for the identification and recording of transactional cash receipts into General Ledger or Financial Force systems. 25% - Responsible for identifying and correcting rejected items from scanner or bank. 5% - Process mail donations and use mail processing machines.20% - Enter checks for deposit into HFHI Systems; Reconcile and deposit funds. 35%

Habitat for Humanity International (HFHI) is currently seeking a talented professional for the role of a Cashier Mail Processor. This individual will report to the Manager - Cash Receipts and is responsible for accurately recording revenue, cash receipts and mail opening for bank deposit. departments. (RD, GL, Etc.) 5% - Ability to identify unusual transactions. - Familiarity with Workday. - At least 2 years of experience managing cash receipts with a strong 10 key calculator proficiency - being able to type 60 words a minute. - Ability to identify unusual transactions to manager. 5%
