-Follow up with customers and coordinate with installation teams for a smooth experience -Enter proposals and updates into the company CRM -Inspect attics and insulation to identify issues and opportunities for improvement -Meet homeowners at pre-qualified, pre-scheduled appointments (no cold calling) -Educate homeowners on energy-efficient insulation solutions -Attend weekly sales meetings and ongoing training to continue growing your skills -Present proposals, explain financing options, and close the sale

What You Bring

-Knowledge of insulation, HVAC, or home energy systems is helpful, but we’ll train the right person! -Excellent communication and relationship-building skills -Strong follow-through and self-motivation -A valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally to customer homes -High school diploma or GED -3+ years of sales experience, preferably in home improvement, construction, or related fields
