Tasks
-Manage, produce and analyse commercial reports, and documentation, relating to the financial status of projects. -Safeguard the financial and contractual position of the company, understanding the progress of works and legal obligations. -Develop your understanding in forecasting, risk assessment and cash flow. -Build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including our customers and supply chain. -Prioritise your work to meet agreed deadlines.

What You Bring
-Completion of a construction related Level 4 qualification. -Be reliable and professional. -Level 3 NVQ. -You must have obtained or be working towards a minimum of 2 A-Levels at grade D or above, or an equivalent qualification, such as: -You must have achieved grade 4/C or above in GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent) and, -Possess good time management skills. -A driving licence is not required to apply for the Northampton role. However, as the role involves considerable travel, the successful candidate should be able to obtain a driving license during the programme. -A full UK driving licence is required for Guildford -Or other comparable Level 3 qualifications. -Be a problem solver with the ability to think logically. -Full UK driving licence – location specific (details below);
