Tasks

-Oversee contract profitability and support strategic planning -Drive process improvements and support operational excellence -Support the organisation in ensuring full compliance with AASB 16 Leases, including lease identification, recognition, measurement, reporting, and system maintenance. -Strategic, high-impact role driving long-term client engagement within a major government property portfolio in New South Wales -Deliver annual budgets and periodic forecasts using Anaplan -Ensure compliance with SOX and internal controls -Lead monthly financial reporting, including P&L reviews, variance analysis, and balance sheet reconciliations -Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

What You Bring

-Advanced Excel and PowerBI skills; Anaplan and Blackline a plus -Excellent communication and analytical skills -Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills -Proven leadership experience managing finance teams -Experience with ERP systems (JDE, Anaplan etc.) -Qualified Accountant (CPA/CA preferred)
