  • Ensure that Scheduled WO’s, OEM PM’s are properly kitted.
  • Return work orders back to the planner for follow-up work orders and any other changes
  • Ensure all scheduled maintenance and WO’s have corresponding Job Plans.
  • Create work schedule discussed in the Work Order Prioritization meeting as defined in PM SOP.
  • Conduct “After” PM feedback on discoveries found during PM and corrective WO’s generated
  • Print and distribute scheduled work orders for maintenance, operations, and safety based on the scheduled start date
  • Ensure all PM’s have Objective Job Plans that support Precision maintenance and lubrication attached to them.
  • Generate and distribute weekly maintenance forecast
  • Scan and attach completed precision maintenance forms to work orders
  • This position will work closely with area maintenance, operations (gatekeepers), reliability personnel, and crafts persons to provide effective planning/scheduling of daily work and down-day work.
  • Collect returned work orders and enter data (comments, parts used, labor, craft time etc)
  • Provide any administrative support, generating reports, performing data entry, and scheduling maintenance work orders for the maintenance team.
  • Schedule executable work orders based on department priority and scheduled start date. Follow up with department leaders on what is overdue.
  • Close out completed work orders
  • Assist as back up Maintenance Planner – and own emergency break-in planning.
  • Align with production managers, reliability manager, and maintenance supervisor on the weekly top priorities.
  • Report Weekly Schedule Adherence on a month to date basis.
  • Lead maintenance and assist gatekeepers in prioritizing work.
  • Update Asset information in MP2 as needed.
  • Lead the meeting process leading up to weekend and daily work scheduled past 2 weeks out.
  • Effectively communicate changes to schedules to the groups that are involved, in-house and outside contractors
  • Report PM Weekly Completion Rate on a month to date basis.
  • Drive and own AMWP scheduler adherence, backlog, AFALs and craft utilization. Identify to maintenance leaders gaps of improvement on metrics.
