Tasks

-Drive end-to-end business development activities from prospecting to proposal presentation and contract closure. -Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for acquiring new clients in North America and Europe. -Represent Cadeploy Engineering at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings globally. -Generate leads, build relationships, and close sales with engineering firms, EPCs, contractors, and fabricators. -Collaborate with internal engineering and delivery teams to ensure project alignment with client expectations. -Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets in alignment with company objectives. -Maintain strong client relationships for repeat and long-term business growth.

What You Bring

Candidates without prior experience in BIM or outsourced engineering services will not be considered. Only candidates with prior experience in BIM and outsourced engineering services and a proven international client base (USA, Canada, UK, or Europe) will be shortlisted. We are expanding our international business footprint and are seeking a seasoned International Sales Manager with proven experience in selling BIM and outsourced engineering services to global clients. We are looking for a high-performing international sales professional with hands-on experience in BIM / Engineering services sales for outsourced delivery models. The ideal candidate will have a strong existing network and a successful track record of developing new business across the USA, Canada, UK, or Europe. -Proven track record of selling to clients in the USA, Canada, Europe, or UK markets. -Experience using CRM tools and digital business development platforms. -Existing client network within the AEC (Architecture, Engineering & Construction) ecosystem. -Flexibility to travel internationally as required. -Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. -Ability to work independently, think strategically, and drive business outcomes. -Strong understanding of BIM processes, engineering workflows, and outsourced project delivery. -Minimum 7–10 years of international sales experience in BIM or engineering outsourcing services.
