-Explain how you would successfully transition promoting staff from peer to manager and assist them through difficult situations such as progressive discipline. -Describe your ability to lead/serve on cross-functional statewide internal/external teams to examine existing policy, seek new and more effective methods of conducting business and/or providing interpretation and clarification of policies, standards, and practices.
