What You Bring
-Entrepreneurial mindset – self-motivated, collaborative, and driven by results. -Experience with new development lease-ups and marketing strategy is strongly preferred. -Local and Out of State travel required. -Proven experience managing a portfolio of 1,500+ units across diverse asset types (market rate, affordable housing, 55+, etc.). -Proficiency in property management software such as Yardi, RENTCafé, or equivalent platforms. -Willingness to be hands-on and actively support the onsite teams when needed. -Strong leadership, mentoring, and team-building skills. -Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with a variety of stakeholders. -Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. -Minimum 3 years of experience in a Regional Manager role overseeing residential multifamily properties.
