The Role

Overview

Assist project managers in planning, documentation, scheduling, and admin tasks.

Tasks

-You will be tracking project timelines, milestones, and deadlines and organizing & maintaining project files and records for easy retrieval and supporting the outlook of the budget monitoring processes and assisting with the operation manager the risk management. -You will assist project managers in planning and executing project activities and maintain and update project documentation and records. -You will identify and communicate potential project risks and issues and support project meetings by preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items. -You will Conducting analysis of plan versus actual project performance under the supervision of the Project Manager or Project Planning & Controls Manager. -You will manager by arrange a Training Material or Logistic files and facilities for training Supporting other function as required and assisting project and managers in planning, executing, and monitoring project progress. -You will be filing, organizing, and maintaining documents (physical and digital) and supporting invoices issue, submittal and acknowledgement. -You will coordinate with team leaders& project s managers for projects executions and support the Projects Managers on their admin requests such as traveling and hotel related. -You will be maintaining project documentation, including plans, reports, and updates and scheduling and coordinating meetings, ensuring. -You will be preparing materials for and assisting in project reviews. Updating project (cost), monitoring, controlling, and releasing requests for invoices, based on instructions from the Project Manager and supporting training. -You will collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment. -You will coordinate between the team leader and Project managers for logging and following the NCRs on the system. -You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. -You will coordinate project schedules and monitor deadlines and prepare and distribute project status reports and presentations. -You will Preparing and logging all NCR site related on the System. (SAP) as well following the closer of it assisting in the preparation of project presentations and meetings documentation with stakeholders and communication liaison between project team members and external parties. -You will support the training activity for the team and related administration task and preparing documentation and projects Reports editing reports, presentations, organization charts, correspondence, etc.

What You Bring

-Minimum 2 experience in an administrative role or project support position is advantageous. -A bachelor’s degree in business administration, or diploma in Project Management, or related field is preferred. -Strong organizational and multitasking abilities and Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is preferred. As well Microsoft Planning tools. -Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
