The Role

Overview

Maintain resort grounds, perform custodial tasks, ensure safety and assist guests.

Tasks

-Report any safety concerns or maintenance needs to the appropriate team members -Maintain community grounds including walkways, parking lots, and common areas -Clean outdoor furniture, fixtures, and assigned maintenance areas -Provide courteous, helpful customer service to residents and guests -Support the maintenance team with additional tasks as needed -Perform custodial duties such as sweeping, blowing, pressure washing, and trash removal

What You Bring

-Ability to work outdoors and perform physical labor in all weather conditions -Previous groundskeeping or janitorial experience preferred but not required -Must pass a background check and drug screening -Reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated -Valid driver’s license preferred -Must be available to work weekends
