You’ll be responsible for supervising all on-site activities and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads by example, and values strong stakeholder relationships. -Conducting regular site inspections to identify and mitigate risks. -Overseeing day-to-day site operations and managing subcontractors. -Managing site setup, signage, and protection throughout the project lifecycle. -Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company standards. -Coordinating with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients to maintain smooth workflows.

A leading construction group is seeking experienced Site Managers to join their growing team in Perth. This is a full-time, permanent role offering long-term career progression, a supportive team culture, and exposure to a diverse portfolio of commercial projects. Only permanent residents in Australia will be considered for this role. Due to volume, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted. -Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders. -Strong leadership skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving. -Minimum 10 years’ experience as a Site Manager, commercial or residential construction preferred. -Excellent communication and organisational skills.
