-Commercial acumen and excellent attention to detail -High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and estimating software -Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role (10+ years in water infrastructure highly regarded) -Electrical trade or engineering qualifications -Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills -Proven success in preparing high-quality construction and design/build estimates -Strong understanding of industrial electrical systems, site logistics, and safety requirements
