Tasks

-Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders and senior management. -Independently identify project goals, objectives, and scope for medium-sized projects. -Identify, assess, and manage project risks with mitigation plans. -Conduct post-project reviews to identify improvements. -Ensure all project initiatives are strategically aligned to overarching organizational goals and objectives. -Lead and manage project teams to ensure timely and within-budget completion. -Develop and manage comprehensive project plans and schedules. -Manage stakeholder relationships and expectations effectively. -Guide business units into the digital journey as a trusted advisor.

What You Bring

-Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, IT, Business Management, or a related field. -Expertise in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Scrum). -Experience with Agile project management methodologies. -Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, CSM) is desired. -Strong, self-directed, collaborative team player with great interpersonal skills -Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Azure, Jira). -Advanced risk management and problem-solving skills. -Proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely in a business environment. -7+ years of experience in project management. -Stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills. -Strong leadership and team management skills. -Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
