Regional Director - Residential Valuations

Lead and develop a Brisbane residential valuation team while managing client work.

Tasks

You’ll take charge of a high-performing Brisbane region with strong workflows, an experienced team, and all the support you need to lead, coach and grow capability. The focus here is long-term growth: developing people, building client relationships and creating an environment where valuers genuinely want to perform at their best. With booking support and national systems behind you, you’ll have the freedom to focus on people, performance and delivery rather than admin and red tape. -Oversee performance metrics including TAT, quality, quoting & financials -Embed systems, drive consistency and improve operational outcomes -Mentor, train and motivate a capable team of residential valuers -Manage your own portfolio of valuation work (strong fee potential) -You’ll lead a team of 4 (1 Associate Director + 3 Seniors), overseeing day-to-day performance and helping shape the next generation of valuers. -Contribute to leadership strategy and business planning -Lead a capable team with autonomy and full booking support -Provide client liaison and leadership support across the region

What You Bring

-Commercial acumen and client relationship skills -Strong residential valuation capability across the Brisbane market -Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) with 8-10+ years’ experience -2+ years’ leadership or mentoring experience (or ready to step up)
