Tasks

-Assist in the design, development, and implementation of technical solutions for electric distribution infrastructure including overhead and underground systems -Make a real impact by helping deliver reliable, resilient, and sustainable power to communities -Support senior engineers in preparing technical reports, contract documents, and cost estimates for grid resiliency and energy transition projects -Join field assignments with senior staff to gain hands-on experience in assessment, planning, and rehabilitation of electric distribution systems -Perform calculations and design tasks using industry standards, regulatory guidelines, and best practices for optimizing energy delivery

What You Bring

-No experience required; however prior internships and/or relevant coursework are preferred -Excellent communication skills and a desire to work in a collaborative team -Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification a plus -Strong theoretical foundation and familiarity with engineering software (Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation, etc.) -Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering required -Participation in professional engineering society/organization preferred -Proficiency in Microsoft Office
