Tasks

-Project Coordination: Collaborate with engineers and project teams to integrate designs into overall plans, manage drafting priorities to meet deadlines and budgets, and contribute technical insights during project meetings. -Technical Drafting and Design: Develop and review advanced structural designs for both permanent and temporary works, ensuring compliance with industry standards and leading BIM coordination and digital workflows across teams. -Leadership in Digital Engineering: Champion BIM strategy and digital tool integration, ensuring efficient workflows and high-quality design delivery across complex infrastructure projects. -Documentation and Quality Assurance: Prepare and manage detailed technical documentation including schematics and blueprints, review drawings for accuracy and compliance, and implement quality control processes for models and as-built documentation. -Mentorship and Professional Development: Mentor team members, foster innovation in digital engineering practices, and stay current with advancements in drafting software and techniques.
