Tasks

-Support sales and lettings negotiators, and branch directors -Prepare valuation packs -Communicate with customers by phone, email and face to face maintaining company standards -Provide high levels of customer service -Communicate with KFH’s Accounts department for payments -Communicate with third party companies -Use and maintain KFH’s CRM where required -Ensure all compliance procedures are met -Produce and issue all necessary paperwork for clients and solicitors
