The Role
Overview
Manage EHS programs, compliance, risk, waste, and site remediation at KBR.

Tasks
-Continually ensures and monitors compliance and investigations of non-compliant issues. -Prepares and oversees SOWs and cost estimates for environmental studies, designs, and projects. -Establishes and manages hazardous waste storage and disposal policies and practices. -Oversees identification and validation of potential contaminated sites and development/implementation of remedial action plans. -Manages staff, budget and policies affecting specific programs. -Manage environmental programs for compliance, pollution prevention, and /or natural resource protection programs.

What You Bring
-Must possess a ASP, CSP, CIH, CEP (Preferred), or Australian equivalent (note: a CSP or CIH are preferred); An EH&S related Master's Degree may sufficie for Certification requirement -Must be a US or Australian citizen -Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify safety risks and develop effective mitigation strategies. -Must be knowledge of process improvement models -Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for preparing reports, presenting safety training, and interacting with regulatory bodies. -Must have a minimum of a BA/BS, from an accredited institution, preferably in environmental science or EH&S related field -Must have a US TS/SCI Clearance w/ Poly, or an Australian PV clearance -Must have an understanding of the US and Australian bilateral agreements governing EHS -Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data and statistics related to workplace safety and environmental compliance. -Must have a minimum of five years of EHS experience managing projects of similar size, scope, and complexity
