Front of House Supervisor managing reception and client services in London office.

Tasks
-Conduction of building induction tours for all new joiners to the building -Management of incoming and outgoing couriers -Support with internal and external events in planning and preparation for visitor flow and coordination within the building -Leadership and coordination of the reception team -Develop and maintain an effective client relationship. -Leading a small team -Attend to all queries, ensuring strict security procedures are adhered to -Meet and greet visitors in a friendly and personable way, ensuring that all visitors for the client business are handled efficiently and courteously -Full ownership and management of the reception space establishing a corporate tone that is maintained throughout service delivery -Responsibility for arranging transport facilities, including local travel arrangements and taxis.
