Tasks

-Send follow-up communications and marketing materials to prospects -Engage in ad-hoc projects to support our mission -Research businesses that can benefit from our diverse services -Schedule appointments to connect prospective clients with our sales team -Make 50-100 outbound sales calls and emails daily, engaging prospects with enthusiasm -Participate in and manage social media and email campaigns -Maintain and update our CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics) with detailed notes and scheduled calls -Generate and track reports based on your outreach and results

What You Bring

-1-2 years of experience in B2B outbound calling or similar roles -Surpass monthly metrics aimed at lead generation and business growth -Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric mindset -A high school diploma; a college degree is a plus -Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook) -Detail-oriented and capable of working independently -Experience with CRM software is highly valued
