What You Bring

A leading steel fabricator seeking a Superintendent to manage shop operations, lead a team, and inspect welds. Prior supervisory experience preferred. -Welding: 5+ years -Able to train new hires (safety, welding, blueprints, symbols) -Full-time, Day shift (Mon–Fri) -Lean manufacturing experience a plus -5+ years structural steel/welding experience -Steel Fabrication: 5+ years -Supervisory: 1+ year -Familiarity with CNC equipment; truck loading/jockey truck a plus -Strong communication (verbal/written) & MS Word/Excel skills
