Supervises daily operations, maintenance, safety, and improvement projects at an air separation plant.

Tasks

-Collaborating with operators and support personnel to meet productivity objectives. -Ensuring safety performance and compliance with Basic Safety Process and process safety management; driving reductions in recordable injuries. -Delivering environmental, safety, and quality training for operations and maintenance teams. -Identifying maintenance issues and implementing corrective and preventative solutions. -Supporting daily operational needs, troubleshooting plant processes, directly supervising plant activities, and leading improvement projects. -Coordinating with tactical planning and logistics teams to manage product inventory effectively.

What You Bring

-Extensive plant operating experience in environments of similar scale and complexity. -Documented success in safety, environmental stewardship, quality assurance, and employee engagement. -Excellent communication and organizational skills. -Strong communication and organizational skills. -High school diploma or equivalent plus at least three years of supervisory experience in a plant environment required. -Proactive approach and strong leadership qualities. -Proven leadership and interpersonal abilities. -A track record in driving continuous improvement. -Technical College degree a plus, though not required if relevant experience is demonstrated. -History of driving continuous improvement initiatives.
