Overview

Install & maintain piping/HVAC systems for commercial retrofits across Southern CA.

Tasks

-Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment on all job sites. -Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other trades to coordinate project activities. -Ensure all work complies with OSHA regulations, company safety standards, and local building codes. -Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. -Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC and piping systems. -Install, assemble, and maintain piping systems, valves, and mechanical equipment. -Perform layout and fabrication of piping systems using copper, steel, PVC, and other materials.

What You Bring

-Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical or pipefitting roles (retrofit or commercial HVAC preferred). -Excellent attention to detail, safety focus, and teamwork orientation. -Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and specifications. -Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. -Willingness to travel and stay overnight as needed. -Strong working knowledge of HVAC systems, chilled water, steam, and hydronic piping. -High school diploma or GED equivalent.
