Tasks

-Act upon your current relationships to identify and develop immediate business opportunities. -You will work on complex project development projects. As a member of a team or as an individual in a client team you will also be expected to leverage identified client and commercial opportunities. -Utilising your skills in the front-end and the back-end of the project lifecycle, your key role will be to provide analytical and project delivery capability, undertaking but not limited to the following: -When not engaged on client engagements, you will assist with proposal writing, proposal co-ordination, thought leadership and other activities that enhance RPS’s ability to win work. -Develop a network and strong market reputation across the Queensland public and private sectors, as relevant to infrastructure projects. -Create impactful presentations with skill and confidence; -Monitor and maintain project delivery quality; -Write high-quality reports with impeccable attention to detail;

What You Bring

-Demonstrate efficiencies and effective processes; -Demonstrated ability to form long-term, trusted relationships with clients, partners and other relevant stakeholders. -Track record of working with clients to plan, deliver and/or mobilise infrastructure. -Tertiary Qualifications in Engineering, Law, Business, Project Management, Economics or Commerce / Finance are desirable. -Superior written and verbal communications skills and strong slide storytelling. -Ability to view the project from the client’s perspective; -Demonstrated ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and work co-operatively with people at all levels, to achieve outcomes. -Be commercially astute, with a background in a consulting or contractor environment and/or government sector experience. -Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. -2 years or more proven experience in project/ programme management (development, assurance, risk) including managing projects for government and/or private sector clients. -Excellent skills in managing relationships, teams, projects and issues. -Ability to manage and grow business relationships. -Understand and be able to confidently articulate the value of effective project development service offerings to a business’ bottom line and/or government reputation.
