Proficient in Microsoft Office (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Excel, Word)
Experience in leadership and project management roles
Certifications or coursework in Business, Project Management, or related areas
Proven leadership and communication skills with a collaborative, team-oriented approach
Valid driver’s license
Skilled at client interaction and team management in a fast-paced environment
Understanding of full project lifecycle—from initiation to closeout
Experience with Oracle, Primavera (P6), procurement, materials management, or financial forecasting
PMP Certification (or ability to obtain within one year of hire)
Proactive, resourceful, and accountable in managing competing priorities
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
Minimum 5 years of facilities or construction management experience, including supervisory responsibility
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field plus 3+ years of commercial project management experience
OSHA 30 certification
