Tasks

You’ll sit on the client side, collaborating with external architects and designers to translate creative ideas into buildable, high-quality environments. It’s a hands-on role that combines design, coordination, and technical detail within a small, creative team. Shape spaces where architecture, music, and culture meet. -Support the Director of Construction and Design across all project phases, from concept to completion -Produce and review design documentation, 3D models, and presentations -Represent ownership confidently in meetings, contributing ideas and design insight -Coordinate with external architects, consultants, and contractors to maintain design intent and buildability

What You Bring

If you’re an architect who loves design but wants to step into the development world and see projects come to life, this is the perfect next move. -Strong technical ability with proficiency in Revit, Rhino, or SketchUp -Experience on the developer or client side is a plus, but not essential -Confident communicator who can represent design direction and work independently -6–8 years of architectural experience within hospitality, cultural, or performance-based projects
