Tasks

-Maintain accurate inventory records and transactions in SAP to support material traceability and availability -Monitor key performance indicators (e.g., GR on time, YMM not delivered/cleaned), investigate incidents or NCRs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives -Support audits, inspections, maintenance campaigns, and unplanned service events while promoting a strong safety culture within the team -Coordinate with the offshore department to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials for maintenance and service activities -Lead and supervise a team of service stockkeepers managing spare parts, tools, and consumables for offshore operations -Conduct regular team briefings, toolbox talks, and enforce strict compliance with safety standards and procedures -Plan and allocate daily workloads, monitor performance, and ensure safe and efficient task execution

What You Bring

-Apprenticeship and/or degree in warehouse management, logistics, or a related field -Valid full driving license with strong awareness of site and warehouse safety -Proven warehouse experience, preferably within the Wind Industry -Understanding of maritime shipping, lifting operations, and hazardous goods handling -Familiarity with SAP (or other ERP system) -Experience in customs clearance and declaration processes (beneficial) -Strong leadership and communication skills -Knowledge of offshore wind logistics and safety standards -Problem-solving mindset with focus on efficiency and safety -Proficient in SharePoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, TMS, and ERP systems such as SAP or AX -Strong communication skills in English with excellent planning and time management abilities
