Tasks
-Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations. -Contribute to deal closures by coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders. -Support the creation and execution of business growth strategies. -Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and progress in the CRM. -Track industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. -Build trust-based relationships to support repeat business and retention. -Provide insights to senior management to influence product, marketing, and sales strategies. -Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure smooth service delivery. -Prepare weekly/monthly reports on business development activities and results. -Identify potential clients and new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach. -Engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and present suitable solutions. -Participate in sales meetings, pitches, and negotiations. -Generate qualified leads and manage a sales pipeline using CRM tools. -Work with the sales team to meet quarterly and annual targets.
