Tasks
-Act as the primary HR partner for site-based and operational teams, providing advice on employee relations, workforce planning and performance management -Maintain HR systems and employee records with accuracy, confidentiality, and efficiency -Help prepare HR reports, data insights, and support continuous process improvements -Assist with employee engagement programs, wellbeing initiatives, and professional development efforts -Serve as the first point of contact for HR queries; escalating complex issues appropriately -Process employment contracts, HR documentation, and compliance tasks in alignment with local and corporate policies

What You Bring
-Proven experience in a hands-on, operational environment (renewable energy, construction, mining or heavy industry preferred) -Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or related field -Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment -Experience across both blue and white-collar personnel -3-5+ years’ experience in HR, coordination, or advisory -Organised with exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills
