Overview
Provide Tier I/II helpdesk support and aid OS component design and implementation.

Tasks
-Maintain and troubleshoot a variety of end-user devices, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals. -Assist in the design and implementation of operating system components, ensuring performance, reliability, and security. -Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices in user support and systems administration. -Document support procedures, system configurations, and troubleshooting steps for knowledge sharing and compliance. -Support and maintain systems across multiple platforms and hardware architectures. -Gather and analyze technical data to identify trends, diagnose problems, and propose and implement effective solutions. -Provide Tier I and Tier II technical support for end users, resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues. -Work closely with project leads and engineering teams to support system integration and deployment efforts.

What You Bring
-Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. -Familiarity with file systems, memory/CPU management, and hardware components. -Industry standard technical certifications. -Experience working in federal or defense environments. -IAT Level I Certification -Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. -Must have active TS/SCI -Understand and apply knowledge of file systems, memory and CPU management, compression algorithms, and device drivers. -At least 2 years of in-depth experience. -Experience supporting a wide range of IT assets and end-user platforms.
